During the EAGE in Amsterdam last week, JewelSuite™ experienced again a lot of interest from many experts in the E&P industry. Most people were excited about lots of new functionality in JewelSuite™ 2009 that was demonstrated during the show. Especially, the flexibility to perform your structural modeling directly in the 3D view, the ability to create any shape of arbitrary cross-sections and the easy and fast updateability of reservoir models attracted a lot of attention.
The launch of JewelSuite 2009 and the announcement of our partnership with SMT (click here for press release) on Wednesday afternoon really was a great success; many people gathered around the JewelSuite™ booth to witness this exciting moment for the E&P industry. The partnership with SMT will now seamlessly integrate seismic interpretation within the JewelSuite™ workflow and contribute to more effective collaboration and communication between the separate silos within E&P companies.We like to thank the EAGE and everyone visiting our booth for making this exhibition such a great success
