The participation of JewelSuite™ in the SPE NAIC exhibition on 4-6 August in Abuja, Nigeria was a great success for creating even more awareness in the Nigerian E&P industry for its innovative technology. JewelSuite™ is again recognized by many as being the best practice software for the Niger Delta.
JewelSuite™ attracted the attention of key industry players again. As a concrete example, GEC Petroleum Development Company Nigeria Ltd., operator of OPL 135 and OPL 95, made their choice for JewelSuite™. Concerning the upcoming bid round for studies of their blocks, Mr. Jasper A. Nwachukwu – GM Exploration for GPDC – has stated that JewelSuite™ will be the preferred choice for their consultant for executing the studies on their blocks.
GPDC realizes that because of JewelSuite’s™ differentiating 3D grid technology, it is the only integrated modeling and simulation tool capable to cope with the complicated geology that is common in the Niger Delta.
