Dear Sir/Madame,

We would like to introduce ourselves. We are three engineering students in the Industrial Management program at The Hague University of professional education in the Netherlands. As a result of a partnership between JOAĀ®, a fast growing High-Tech company which is developing reservoir modeling software applications (Jewel Suiteā„¢) for the oil and gas industry, and TNO, the largest independent scientific knowledge centre in the Netherlands with over 500 staff, we are carrying out a feasibility study to assess the technical- and economic viability of a geological CO2 simulator which will be used for modeling and monitoring of CO2 storage into reservoirs underneath the surface.
We would like to ask you to read the text below and to fill in the questionnaire.

Carbon capture and storage (CCS) is an approach to mitigating global warming by capturing carbon dioxide (CO2) from large point sources and subsequently storing it in reservoirs underneath the surface instead of releasing it into the atmosphere.

A major concern with CO2 Storage is whether leakage of stored CO2 will be a threat for the ecological- and social environment. A geological CO2 simulator which is usable for modeling/monitoring of CO2 from surface to reservoir is therefore needed.
